A surprisingly cozy getaway

For a quiet night, consider requesting a room away from the elevator and common areas, as they tend to be noisier.

I encountered significant issues with the service. Initially, I was promised an early check-in, but I ended up waiting an hour beyond the standard check-in time. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed disorganized, which further delayed the process and left me feeling unwelcome during my arrival.

The location near the interstate makes it super easy to get around. The coffee in the breakfast area was a nice perk, and the front desk staff were very nice during check-in. However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We found cockroaches and the floors had a sticky film, which made us uncomfortable. Noise from above was another issue. it felt like we didn't get any sleep because of stomping. Despite the nice staff and location, I expected better from the cleanliness and noise insulation.

Loved the comfy king size bed! ☁️ The breakfast was a hit too, especially the hot oatmeal. But the hallway smelled of smoke when we arrived which was kinda a bummer.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. However, the housekeeping team disturbed my sleep multiple times knocking on my door.

I stayed at best western plus recently for two nights. The staff was super helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and a walmart nearby.

The King Room was super comfy! I loved the flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. The bath had a nice shower, and the air conditioning was refreshing. The fitness center was great, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day.

The Best Western Plus provided a good overall experience during my stay. The hotel is in pretty good condition, with convenient access for business purposes. The staff was accommodating when I raised a concern about my room's condition, promptly offering a new room that improved my experience. The location is also beneficial for work-related travel, situated in a business district with easy access to main roads.
